All of our items are handcrafted, and are one of a kind and always unique! If you have special requests for sold out pieces or color choices, message us and we would love to make another unique one for you!
Payment: For International buyers I accept PayPal, Credit or Debit Card payment in USD. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can. Customers in India can pay with a direct bank transfer, please contact me directly so I can advice India shipping charges along with Bank remittance details. Shipping: For finished items, orders will usually ship within 3- 4 days of receiving payment. However if the item is made to order, in which case you will be advised on when you should expect it to be posted. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect. All items are located in India and international orders will be shipped using India Post Express Mail Service. We do not ship with tracking as standard as it is very expensive. Tracking number will be provided wherever available. Shipping within India usually takes 3-5 days. International Shipping takes approximately 2 - 4 weeks, subject to customs examination. Items are shipped in a recycled cardboard box and placed in a sturdy shipping box. Refunds & Returns: Refunds will not be given for any purchase. However, if item is faulty or there has been error from my part, then exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order and the same product or product of similar specification and price will be replaced in return of the defective product. If there is a problem with your order please be sure to contact me *within 7 business days of receiving your order*, and I will do my best to be sure you are happy with your experience. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges related to the returns or exchanges. Item should be returned in original packing. Once the item received back in its original condition, the replacement will be shipped. Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: • Damages due to misuse of product; • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered |
